There is a $50 non-refundable application fee per person 18 years of age or older.

Yes, Residences at 1717 in Cleveland has a maximum of two pets allowed (with a one dog maximum) per suite, and all pets must be spayed or neutered.

Max weight for dogs is 30 lbs. and we do have breed restrictions. Please contact us for full pet policy.

Yes, $20 per pet, per month, and a non-refundable $300 deposit per pet.

Only trash is included in the rent. All other utilities are the responsibility of the resident(s).

Utilities are submetered and included in the resident ledger along with rental charges, accessible through the Resident Portal.

To move in, a resident must pay the application fee(s) (non-refundable), a $250 hold fee (applied towards security deposit balance at move-in, a Security Deposit and payment for the days remaining in the month they move in.

Yes, renter’s insurance is required. You may choose to use any coverage provider you prefer, but residents at all K&D properties are pre-qualified for renter’s insurance through Resident Shield. This coverage helps protect your personal belongings in the event of fire, water damage, or theft, as K&D does not insure personal property.
